You can use whole wheat pasta, olive oil and veggies to make it a healthy choice. For making this delicious olive oil recipe, boil the whole wheat pasta in a large pot of water. Heat the olive oil in a small pan and add thinly sliced garlic. Once the garlic becomes golden, saute the veggies. Once veggies are done add the boiled pasta, seasoning and stir it. Mug Brownie
To give a treat to your taste buds, you can easily make a brownie in a mug in a few minutes. The only thing that you need to change is the butter. Mix ¼ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup maida, 2 tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened), pinch and pinch of salt in a mug. Now add 2 tbsp olive oil and 2 tbsp milk to make a thick paste. Now microwave it for 1 min and check after 40 seconds till springy. Serve warm.

Oats Uthappam
Oats are the rich sources of fibre, vitamins, antioxidants and minerals as well. They help in lowering blood sugar levels and weight loss as well. Oats Uthappam is a delicious and low-calorie recipe that you can enjoy in the evening. To prepare batter mix powder ½ cup powder oats, 2 tbsp. curd, salt and water. Let the batter rest for 10 minutes. Spread olive oil on a pan and ladle the batter to make uthappam. Now add chopped veggies in the centre and press them. Cook until it becomes golden brown and then serves with the chutney.
